This twist on the Manhattan makes the traditional booze-forward beverage a bit lighter, thanks to the addition of the Aperol. We recommend using Blue Note Bourbon, but any bourbon will do.

1 Drink
1½ ounces Blue Note Bourbon Juke Joint (or any bourbon)
½ ounce antica vermouth
½ ounce Aperol
2 dashes bitters
Garnish: Brandied cherry

- Fill a shaker in with ice, and add the first four ingredients and stir until chilled.
- Strain and serve up with a brandied cherry.
