1 cocktail

  • 1½ ounces El Dorado 5 rum
  • ½ ounce Amaro Montenegro
  • ½ ounce strawberry shrub
  • 4 drops Jack Rudy aromatic bitters

Combine all with ice and stir. Strain into chilled cocktail glass and garnish with a lemon peel.
