    Ingredients
  • 2 ounces El Dorado 12-year rum
  • ¼ ounce turbinado syrup
  • 3 dashes Angostura bitters
  • Rinse of Fernet Branca
  • Orange twist
steps
  1. Chill an Old Fashioned glass and set aside. In a mixing glass, combine rum, syrup, and bitters with ice. Stir to chill.
  2. Rinse original chilled Old Fashioned with Fernet Branca and discard excess. Strain the chilled rum into the rinsed glass and garnish with an orange twist.
