1 ounce Ypioca Cachaca (Brazilian rum)
1 ounce Peychaud’s aperitivo
1 ounce lime juice
½ ounce simple syrup
2-3 mint leaves
1 bar spoon herbsaint

- Shake all ingredients except mint together.
- Strain into collins glass.
- Top with soda.
- Garnish with mint.
