Beverage manager Amanda Britton of Charlotte’s Lincoln Street Kitchen and Cocktails and the Green Room creates interesting flavor pairings against the backdrop of classic cocktails. The Saturn combines the summer’s bright citrus flavors of passion fruit and Botanist gin with the warm spices and nutty flavors of fall to create a tiki cocktail fit for the changing of the seasons! Note: if you prefer, you can also purchase Orgeat at a liquor store instead of making from scratch.
