1 cocktail

  • 1 ½ ounces Grand Marnier
  • ¾ ounce Hennessy VSOP Cognac
  • Rinse of absinthe
  • 2 dashes Peychaud’s bitters
  • Flamed orange peel for garnish
  1. Chill an Old Fashioned glass with ice. In a separate pint glass, stir Grand Marnier with Hennessy and ice until chilled. Discard ice in first glass and coat with absinthe.
  2. Strain the chilled Grand Marnier and Hennessy into the chilled Old Fashioned. Top with 2 dashes of Peychaud’s bitters, garnish with a flamed orange peel, and serve.
