1 ½ ounces Grand Marnier
¾ ounce Hennessy VSOP Cognac
Rinse of absinthe
2 dashes Peychaud’s bitters
Flamed orange peel for garnish
- Chill an Old Fashioned glass with ice. In a separate pint glass, stir Grand Marnier with Hennessy and ice until chilled. Discard ice in first glass and coat with absinthe.
- Strain the chilled Grand Marnier and Hennessy into the chilled Old Fashioned. Top with 2 dashes of Peychaud’s bitters, garnish with a flamed orange peel, and serve.
