  • Two sprigs fresh thyme
  • Three thinly sliced orange wheels
  • ½ ounce Aperol
  • 1 ½ ounces limoncello
  • ½ ounce dry vermouth
  • Soda to top
  • Lemon twist for garnish

Lightly muddle thyme, to release aromatics, in a glass. Line the glass with orange wheels on exterior. Fill with remaining ingredients and top with soda. Garnish with a twist of lemon.
