Tomahawk Steak

Serves 2 to 4


  • 1 (30-45 ounce) tomahawk steak
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 380 degrees. Bring steak to room temperature and preheat a grill to its highest possible setting. Season steak liberally with salt and pepper, then grill for about 3 minutes on each side. Transfer steaks to oven for about 8 to 15 minutes, depending on desired internal temperature. Let rest for about 10 minutes, then slice and serve.
