1 pint

  • 3 vanilla beans
  • 1 pint vodka
  1.  Slice vanilla beans lengthwise. Scrape inside of pods with a paring knife to remove seeds. Place pods and seeds into a glass bottle.
  2. Pour vodka into bottle to cover pods. Allow vodka to infuse for one month.

Note: You can also use just pods for the extract and use interior beans for baking.
