3 1-inch cubes of watermelon
Pinch of kosher salt
1½ ounces Midnight Moon Original
¾ ounce lime juice
¾ ounce simple syrup (½ sugar, ½ water)
2 dashes Memphis BBQ bitters (optional)
- Muddle watermelon in a shaker with salt, ice, Midnight Moon, lime juice, syrup, and bitters.
- Shake and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a thin slice of watermelon and enjoy.
