For the perfect late spring or early summer low-ABV sipper, look no further than this four-ingredient spritz. This cocktail comes from chef William Dissen, of The Market Place, Haymaker, and Billy D’s Fried Chicken in North Carolina. For him, Mountain Valley Spring Water is a customer and personal favorite at his restaurants. In addition to serving it as the house water, he also uses it to make this spritz. Go for the naturally flavored key lime water. Its subtle tartness and powerful minerality balances the sweetness in this floral spritz.
