¾ ounce Kai lemongrass ginger Shōchū
¾ ounce Domaine de Canton liqueur
1 ounce cold, filtered sake
½ ounce lemon juice
3 basil leaves, chiffonade
Orchid for garnish
Shake all ingredients and serve up with an orchid to garnish.
