This is what celebrity chef and restaurateur Tiffany Derry keeps in her fridge
With a packed schedule, celebrity chef and restaurateur Tiffany Derry likes to make quick and simple meals at home. “But that doesn’t mean I sacrifice flavor!” she says. “I’d say stir-fry is what I cook the most often. I lean on what I have on hand in the fridge.” The Texas-based chef is recognizable from her many TV appearances including Bravo’s Top Chef and Spike TV’s Bar Rescue. Derry is also the cofounder of T2D Concepts, the hospitality group behind her restaurants, Roots Southern Table, Roots Chicken Shak, and Radici Wood Fired Grill, that’s also committed to racial and gender equality in the industry.
“I believe the best dishes are simple—when you start with really fresh, quality ingredients, you don’t need to do much to make them shine.”
