The Lowcountry has welcomed warm weather with open arms, and with that, The Darling Oyster Bar‘s new cocktail menu is not to be missed. This upscale seafood eatery housed in a lovingly restored 115-year-old storefront on Charleston’s bustling King Street
Spirits aficionado and bar manager Dan Williams has released a new lineup of cocktails that help the people of Charleston and visitors alike beat the heat all summer long. The new beverage program focuses on light flavors, airy color palates, and awe-inspired presentations.

Cocktails Two Ways
Opt for one of The Darling’s two draft cocktails: The Doctor’s Orders is made with Hilton Head Rum, orgeat, orange blossom water, pineapple, and orange. For margarita fans, try the 513, made with silver tequila, agave, lime, and blood orange. (Pro tip: add the spicy tequila floater to the 513 for an extra spicy kick.)
Both cocktails feature an optional floater add-on, making the beverage that much more irresistible.

Drink Pink
Go for the Khalessi, made with pisco, Lillet Blanc, Giffard Pineapple, dragonfruit, and Angostura bitters. A delicate dragonfruit cube garnish sends this vibrant cocktail over the top. For berry brilliance, try the Three Hour Tour, made with vodka, Drillaud Mixed Berry Syrup, strawberry, lemon, and a fresh strawberry garnish.
Cocktail Nuts, Rejoice
The Deebo, made with Dickel Rye Whiskey, honey, lemon, and Burlesque Bitters, is served with a side of honey-roasted peanuts to be enjoyed on the side or on top of the beverage (drinker’s choice!). The Darling’s new cocktail menu is sure to have something to suit everyone’s imbibing fancy. The only question left: When are you and your friends headed in next? Book your reservation now online at OpenTable or through the OpenTable app.
