Durham Distillery

Modern, Unrivaled Gin Where Science Meets the Art of Gin Distillation.
Since its inception in 2013, Durham Distillery has been rethinking how gin can be brought from the traditional into the modern-day. As the first distillery in the United States to leverage vacuum cold distillation with rotary evaporators, Conniption gins are now recognized as the most awarded and among the best distilled in the country. By combining time-honored gin distillation techniques and modern chemistry, Conniption gins showcase the complexity and quality of each ingredient. Go ahead. Have a Conniption.
