French 75

Cocktail hour feels oh-so-sophisticated when it includes a bubbles thanks to the French 75’s quartet of gin, Champagne, syrup, and fresh lemon juice.

Makes 1 cocktail

  • 1 ounce Conniption American Dry Gin
  • ½ ounce simple syrup
  • ½ ounce fresh lemon juice
  • Cava or Prosecco
  1. In a cocktail tin filled with ice, shake the gin, simple syrup, and lemon juice.
  2. Strain into a champagne flute or cocktail glass.
  3. Top with Cava or Prosecco
