“Green Thunder” Smoothie


1 banana

1½ cups coconut water

1 tablespoon honey

1 pinch black lava salt

1 tablespoon flax

1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar

¼ cup kale

⅛ cup parsley

1 tablespoon ginger

¼ avocado

1 scoop vanilla protein powder, optional


  1. Blend until smoothie consistency.
  2. For an additional shot of protein, add a scoop of vanilla protein powder.
