“Green Thunder” Smoothie

Break out the lava salt and flax, this green smoothie recipe literally does a body good: banana, coconut water, kale, parsley, apple cider vinegar, local honey, and much more.

1 smoothie

    Ingredients
  • 1 banana
  • 1½ cups coconut water
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 pinch black lava salt
  • 1 tablespoon flax
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • ¼ cup kale
  • ⅛ cup parsley
  • 1 tablespoon ginger
  • ¼ avocado
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder, optional
steps
  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender with 1 cup ice and blend until smoothie consistency. For an additional shot of protein, add a scoop of vanilla protein powder.
