3 ounces ginger-lime-sage simple syrup

Apple cider

Garnish: Smoking sage leaf

*Fill four highball glasses with ice to serve from the pitcher.

Directions

Combine Coopers’ Craft 82.2 and ginger lime syrup in a large pitcher with ice. Stir drink before serving. Top with apple cider. Garnish with a smoking sage leaf.

For ginger-lime-sage syrup: Combine 8 oz sugar, 6 oz lime juice and 2 oz ginger juice with 4-5 sage leaves. Heat skillet and stir until dissolved, about 2 mins. Cook an additional 2 mins while stirring, then remove from heat. Allow to cool and enjoy.
