Serves 4

    Ingredients
  • 6 ounces Coopers’ Craft 82.2 Bourbon
  • 3 ounces ginger-lime-sage simple syrup (recipe follows)
  • Apple cider
  • Garnish: Smoking sage leaf
  • Ginger-lime-sage syrup
  • 8 ounces sugar
  • 6 ounces lime juice
  • 2 ounces ginger juice
  • 4-5 sage leaves
  • *Fill four highball glasses with ice to serve from the pitcher.

For ginger-lime-sage syrup: Combine sugar,  lime juice, and ginger juice with sage leaves. Heat skillet and stir until dissolved, about 2 minutes. Cook an additional 2 minutes while stirring, then remove from heat. Allow to cool and enjoy.

Make the Sage Advice: Combine Coopers’ Craft 82.2 and ginger lime syrup in a large pitcher with ice. Stir drink before serving. Top with apple cider. Garnish with a smoking sage leaf.
