The Skyefall

Ingredients

1 ounce Talisker Distiller's Edition Double Matured Amoroso Sherry Cask Wood Single Malt Scotch Whiskey (from Isle of Skye)

¾ ounce Caves Messias Colheita 1985 Port, cold-infused with roasted barley*

½ ounce Drambuie

2 dashes Jerry Thomas’ Own Decanter Bitters

Orange peel, for garnish

Directions

Stir and serve in a Port glass. Garnish with a flamed orange peel.
