The 23rd annual Tales of the Cocktail returns to The Ritz-Carleton in New Orleans, Louisiana from July 20th to the 25th, 2025. The event revoles around the theme Evolve, focusing on the perpetual transformation and change that the cocktail industry experiences, uncovering the necessity of evolution to experience growth.

Starting out as a walking tour of historic New Orleans in 2002, Tales of the Cocktail has since become the annual meeting place for the drink industry that fosters an environment for an open exchange and flow of ideas, products, and techniques. The event features in person education, tastings, networking, and awards.
