Air Cooled Jalapeno Vodka Cocktail

This jalapeño vodka cocktail mixes Scoville jalapeño vodka with refreshing lime juice, crisp mint, a hint of simple syrup, and additional jalapeño slices for added heat. Scoville jalapeño vodka is made in Jacksonville, Florida, and uses natural jalapeño extract and infuses the spirit with habaneros to add an unmistakable heat. This cocktail is easily customizable depending on the one making it: Just decide if you want to balance the flavors or amplify the heat.

Makes 1 cocktail

  • 8 fresh mint leaves
  • 2 ounces Scoville jalapeño vodka
  • 1 ounce lime juice
  • ¼ ounce simple syrup
  • Soda water
  • Garnish: Mint sprig, jalapeño slices
  1. Muddle mint leaves in a pint glass and fill with ice.
  2. Combine vodka, lime juice, and simple syrup in a shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously and strain into pint glass. Top with soda water and garnish with sprig of mint and jalapeño slices.
