
Ingredients
4 duck breasts, skinned
2 cups orange juice
1 cup Kikkoman soy sauce
1 pound bacon, each slice cut in half
3-4 jalapeños, sliced
Toothpicks
Directions
- Cut duck breast crosswise into ½-inch-wide pieces. Combine orange juice and soy sauce and marinate the duck for two hours in the refrigerator.
- Place a duck strip onto a bacon strip. Place one jalapeno slice in the middle of the duck. Roll the layers together and fasten with a toothpick. Repeat with rest of pieces. Put oven on low broil. Place bites onto a baking sheet and broil for 10 – 12 minutes, or until browned.
