1½ ounces bourbon
½ ounce lemon juice
¼ ounce honey, or more to taste
6 ounces hot water
Garnish: Clove-spiked lemon wheel, cinnamon stick or Mexican canela
- Mix bourbon, lemon juice, and honey in a mug or Irish coffee glass. Pour in hot water and garnish with a clove-spiked lemon wheel and a cinnamon stick or Mexican canela.
