    Ingredients
  • 1½ ounces bourbon
  • ½ ounce lemon juice
  • ¼ ounce honey, or more to taste
  • 6 ounces hot water
  • Garnish: Clove-spiked lemon wheel, cinnamon stick or Mexican canela

  1. Mix bourbon, lemon juice, and honey in a mug or Irish coffee glass. Pour in hot water and garnish with a clove-spiked lemon wheel and a cinnamon stick or Mexican canela.
