Approachable and quick, Ed Mitchell shares one of his favorite cocktails, pineapple whiskey lemonade. Wanting to stick to the heritage North Carolina recipes that he grew up with, he wanted to serve cocktails that were simple and used what they had on hand. This cocktail does just that with a mixture of whiskey, pineapple juice, and lemon juice for a tangy, refreshing drink.
