Saltine crackers, ruffled potato chips, and crudité for serving
In a pan over medium heat, caramelize onions in butter. Add wine and cook until reduced by half. Stir in Worcestershire, onion powder, garlic powder, and thyme, then transfer mixture to a large mixing bowl and set aside to cool.
Once mixture is cooled, stir in green onions and add salt to taste. Fold in sour cream, cream cheese, and mayonnaise and mix until well-combined. Serve with Saltines, ruffled potato chips, and crudité.
