Gingerberry bliss mocktail cheers

High Rise seltzers are Charleston-based and the perfect mixer for mocktail making year-round. CBD-infused with natural ingredients and benefits, they add an effervescent spritz to your favorite non-alcoholic beverages. This gingerberry bliss mocktail combines a Blueberry High Rise Seltzer with fresh blueberries, a sweet maple ginger simple syrup, and a touch of thyme for a refreshing sipper for any season.

Makes 1 mocktail

  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 ounce maple ginger syrup
  • 3 sprigs thyme
  • ½ ounce lemon juice
  • 2 dashes non-alcoholic bitters
  • Blueberry High Rise Seltzer
  • Garnish: blueberries
  • maple ginger syrup
  • 1 cup ginger root, peeled and chopped
  • ½ cup maple syrup
  • 1 cup water
  • 3 sprigs of fresh thyme

Make the maple ginger syrup

  1. Place ingredients in a medium-sized pot on high heat until boiling.
  2. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes or until reduced.
  3. Take off the heat and let it cool completely.
  4. Fine strain into an airtight container.


Make the mocktail

  1. In a shaker add blueberries, maple ginger syrup, lemon juice, thyme, and non-alcoholic bitters
  2. Muddle until incorporated.
  3. Add ice and shake vigorously.
  4. Fine strain into your glass of choice.
  5. Top with High Rise Blueberry Seltzer.
  6. Garnish with a few blueberries.
