Makes 1 cocktail
2 ounces Barsol pisco
3⁄4 ounces fresh lemon juice
1⁄2 ounce simple syrup
1 egg white
Angostura bitters

- To a cocktail tin filled with ice, add all ingredients except garnish.
- Shake and strain into a tin with no ice.
- Dry shake and strain into a coupe. Garnish with 3 drops of Angostura bitters.
