    ingredients
  • 2 ounces Barsol pisco
  • 3⁄4 ounces fresh lemon juice
  • 1⁄2 ounce simple syrup
  • 1 egg white

  • garnish
  • Angostura bitters
steps
  1. To a cocktail tin filled with ice, add all ingredients except garnish.
  2. Shake and strain into a tin with no ice.
  3. Dry shake and strain into a coupe. Garnish with 3 drops of Angostura bitters.
