This Mediterranean-style white bean dip is a great choice for a healthy, flavorful snack or appetizer. Serves 2

  • 1 (15-ounce) can white beans, drained and rinsed
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Press Farms Classic Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 chopped fresh basil, chopped
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • Crackers, pita, or crunchy vegetables for serving
  1. In a food processor, combine white beans, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, parsley, basil, salt, and pepper. Process mixture until smooth and creamy. Adjust seasoning to taste as needed.
  2. Transfer dip to a serving bowl, and drizzle with additional Fresh Press Farms Classic Olive Oil. Serve crackers, pita chips, or sliced vegetables.
