A short and tall glass full of spirits sit side by side on a counter.

Not that we need National Tequila Day as an excuse to break out this spicy recipe, but we’re using it anyway. Celebrate with this ode-to-summer peach cocktail from Herd Provisions in Charleston, which contains a perfect mixture of Aperol, lime, peach shrub, and a healthy quick of jalapeño-infused tequila. The punchy, sweet heat sip brings you back for more. If making the cocktail at home, you can substitute a 50/50 mix of peach schnapps and apple cider vinegar for the peach shrub.
