12 hard-boiled eggs, halved, whites and yolks separated
½ cup Duke’s mayonnaise
2 tablespoons yellow mustard
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon Cajun seasoning
Crumbled potato chips
Hot sauce

- Blend egg yolks with mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and Cajun seasoning.
- Fill each egg with yolk mixture; top with crumbled potato chips and hot sauce.
