Makes 24 eggs

    Ingredients
  • 12 hard-boiled eggs, halved, whites and yolks separated
  • ½ cup Duke’s mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon Cajun seasoning
  • Crumbled potato chips
  • Hot sauce
steps
  1. Blend egg yolks with mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and Cajun seasoning.
  2. Fill each egg with yolk mixture; top with crumbled potato chips and hot sauce.
  3. Refrigerate, covered, until ready to serve.
