Pumpkin Spice Carajillo

Pumpkin Spice Bailey's Irish Coffee Recipe

Nathan Foster of The Throughbred Club in the Charleston’s Belmont Omni updates the classic Bailey’s and Coffee by melding Bailey’s and Coffee with a traditional Carajillo, a Spanish drink from Cuba that combines coffee and rum. Adding a touch of Espresso Ground Rum to the mix was delicious but his addition of orange really elevates the flavor.
