1 cocktail
1 (15 ounce) can pumpkin purée
4 ounces simple syrup
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon nutmeg
½ teaspoon allspice
1½ ounce Goslings Black Seal Rum
1 ounce pumpkin spice purée
½ ounce lime juice
Goslings Stormy Ginger Beer
Garnish: lime wheel, crystalized ginger

steps
- In an upright blender, combine all ingredients for pumpkin spice purée and purée until smooth.

In a collins glass, add pumpkin spice purée , lime juice, and 1 ounce ginger beer and stir well. Add ice to fill glass and top with ginger beer, leaving enough room for the rum float. Stir again and finish with rum float.
