Pumpkin Spice Dark ‘n Stormy

The pumpkin spice dark n stormy by goslings rum

Similar to the intentions of a mule, the Dark ‘n Stormy® is a highball cocktail originating from the Caribbean waters of Bermuda, where Goslings Rum began in 1806. According to tale, the cocktail acquired its name from an old fisherman, after observing that the drink was the “color of a cloud only a fool or dead man would sail under.”

Try this fall-inspired riff on the classic Dark ‘n Stormy® cocktail, featuring the rich flavor of Goslings Black Seal Rum accentuated by an oh-so-autumnal touch of pumpkin spice. Top your cocktail creation off with Goslings Stormy Ginger Beer, for the perfect balance of sweetness and spice.

Note: Short on time? Substitute the pumpkin spice puree with a canned pumpkin pie filling, such as Libby’s.
