An enchanting blend of tart lemon and soothing lavender mixed with Conniption Kinship Pea Flower gin creates the beautiful and delicious saanjh cocktail perfect for charming all guests.

Yields 6 cocktails

    ingredients
  • 15 ounces Conniption Kinship Pea Flower gin
  • 6 ounces lavender syrup (such as Monin or Torani)
  • 1 (15-ounce) tin of lychees (whole, with juices)
  • ½ cup dry lavender buds (optional)
  • 6 ounces lemon juice
steps
  1.  In a large container with a lid, combine all ingredients and let steep overnight in a refrigerator.
  2. Strain well through a finemesh strainer or colander. In a Boston shaker filled with ice, add about 5 ounces. Shake until shaker is visibly frosted and very cold, 15 to 30 seconds.
  3. Strain the saanjh cocktail through a fine mesh strainer into a coupe glass. Repeat with remaining amount.
