15 ounces Conniption Kinship Pea Flower gin
6 ounces lavender syrup (such as Monin or Torani)
1 (15-ounce) tin of lychees (whole, with juices)
½ cup dry lavender buds (optional)
6 ounces lemon juice

- In a large container with a lid, combine all ingredients and let steep overnight in a refrigerator.
- Strain well through a fine–mesh strainer or colander. In a Boston shaker filled with ice, add about 5 ounces. Shake until shaker is visibly frosted and very cold, 15 to 30 seconds.
- Strain the saanjh cocktail through a fine mesh strainer into a coupe glass. Repeat with remaining amount.
