Straight from the bar at Sean Brock’s newest concept June, the Seabuckthorn gets its name from Bax Botanics Sea Buckthorn. This nonalcoholic spirit lends notes of bittersweet orange and fresh herbs for a gin-like flavor. It’s intentionally designed to pair with food, elevating vegetal, herbaceous flavors and coaxing out sweetness in dishes.
