1 pound cooked shrimp, peeled
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
½ cup mayonnaise (we like Duke’ s)
1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 teaspoon vinegar-based hot sauce,
such as Texas Pete
1 bunch scallions,
chopped (about 1 cup)
Salt to taste

- In the bowl of a food processor, pulse shrimp several times until coarsely chopped.
- Transfer to a large bowl, add remaining ingredients, and stir until thoroughly combined.
