South Austin Iced Tea

Makes 6 cocktails

    ingredients
  • 16 ounces Cocchi di Torino vermouth
  • 16 ounces Chai with oranges
  • 3¼ ounces Mommenpop blood orange vermouth*
  • 3 ounces freshly squeezed lemon juice, divided
  • Garnish: 6 straws, 6 dehydrated orange slices
steps
  1. In a large container or bowl, mix all ingredients except lemon juice.
  2. In each of six 12-ounce glasses, combine 5½ ounces of batch with ½ ounce lemon juice.
  3. Stir, add ice and a straw, and garnish with orange slice.
