1½ ounces Tequila Ocho Plata
½ ounce Pedro Ximénez sherry, such as El Candado
½ ounce turbinado syrup (equal parts turbinado sugar and water)
3 ounces hot cinnamon tea
Garnish: 1 cinnamon stick, 1 lemon twist
