2 ounces Alvear Fino sherry
2 ounces Cocchi di Torino vermouth
1 dash Fee Brothers peach bitters
Garnish: Twist of lemon or thin slice of peach

- In a cocktail tin filled with ice, combine all ingredients and stir to chill, about 30 seconds.
- Strain into a chilled coupe, and garnish with lemon or peach.
