The Palomino

Named for the grape varietal used to make Fino sherry, Chris Tedin presents The Palomino, a classy drink with summery underlying peach flavors.

Makes 1 cocktail

  • 2 ounces Alvear Fino sherry
  • 2 ounces Cocchi di Torino vermouth
  • 1 dash Fee Brothers peach bitters
  • Garnish: Twist of lemon or thin slice of peach
  1. In a cocktail tin filled with ice, combine all ingredients and stir to chill, about 30 seconds.
  2. Strain into a chilled coupe, and garnish with lemon or peach.
