True Romance Cocktail

By: The Local Palate
TLP Featured Image

Clinton Tedin of Lenoir in Austin describes this romantically sweet drink as if a mimosa and a sangria “got together and had a love child.” Enjoy an unforgettable date night with herbal aromas and a subtle lemon garnish to suit anyone’s romantic palate.

Note: For this recipe, it’s key to use a dry lambrusco with plenty of fruit, low tannins, and low residual sugars.
