Serves 4

    For the Meatballs:
  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • ½ red onion, chopped
  • 4 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 1 bunch fresh dill, chopped
  • ¼ cup breadcrumbs
  • ¼ cup crumbled feta
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Press Farms Sunflower Oil
  1. Mix meatball ingredients. Roll into 1-inch balls. In pan set at medium-high heat, add Fresh Press Farms Sunflower Oil. Fry meatballs until cooked through, around 10-15 minutes.
