Ingredients

For the cocktail:

2 ounces Peychaud's Bitters

1 ounce lemon juice

1 ounce simple syrup

2 strawberries

2 cucumber slices, plus more for garnish

3 swaths grapefruit peel

3 swaths orange peel

San Pellegrino Sanbitter

Directions

In a cocktail tin, combine all ingredients except Sanbitter and cucumber garnish. Muddle and set aside for 2 minutes to allow flavors to blend. Pour into a Collins glass filled with ice. Top with Sanbitter and garnish with remaining cucumber slice.
