Clover Club Cocktail

By: The Local Palate
Clover Club Cocktail

Roots of Ruin is the flagship gin by Castle & Key distillery in Frankfort, Kentucky that perfectly balances a complex botanical profile of chamomile, ginger, and rosemary. For this Clover Club cocktail, combine those herbaceous, floral notes with Carpano Bianco, housemade raspberry syrup, egg white, and a touch of lemon for a bright bouquet of flavor.
