Makes 1 cocktail

    Ingredients
  • 1 ounce Los Vecinos mezcal
  • ½ ounce crème de cacao
  • ½ ounce Cafe Bueno coffee liqueur
  • 2 ounces cold brew concentrate
  • 1 bar spoon rich turbinado syrup
  • 2 dashes mole bitters
  • ½ bar spoon (3 droppers) saline solution (9 parts water, 1 part salt by weight)
steps
  1. Combine all ingredients plus 2 tablespoons of water for dilution in a cocktail tin, fill with ice, shake, and pour through a fine-mesh strainer into a coupe.
