Makes 1 cocktail
1 ounce Los Vecinos mezcal
½ ounce crème de cacao
½ ounce Cafe Bueno coffee liqueur
2 ounces cold brew concentrate
1 bar spoon rich turbinado syrup
2 dashes mole bitters
½ bar spoon (3 droppers) saline solution (9 parts water, 1 part salt by weight)

- Combine all ingredients plus 2 tablespoons of water for dilution in a cocktail tin, fill with ice, shake, and pour through a fine-mesh strainer into a coupe.
