Caitlyn Cox of RT Lodge in Tennessee shares her simple crumble pie crust with minimal steps. This recipe can be made with either crackers or pretzels to add that extra salty crunch.

1 pie crust

    Ingredients
  • 1½ cups ground crackers or ground pretzels
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ⅓ cup sugar
  • 8 tablespoons melted butter

steps
  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients. Press into pie plate and blind bake until golden brown and set, about 20 to 30 minutes. Cool completely before using.
