Czechin’ Out Manhattan

One cocktail

  • 1½ ounces Knob Creek bourbon
  • ½ ounce Becherovka
  • ½ ounce rainwater Madeira
  • ¼ ounce Cocchi di Torino vermouth
  • ¼ ounce Benedictine
  • 1 dash Bitter Truth Jerry Thomas’ Own Decanter Bitters
  • 1 dash Regan’s Orange Bitters
  • Garnish: Lemon peel, skewered cherry

In a mixing glass, combine all ingredients except garnish and fill with ice. Stir continuously for about 20 seconds, then strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube. Garnish with lemon peel and cherry.
