1½ ounces Knob Creek bourbon
½ ounce Becherovka
½ ounce rainwater Madeira
¼ ounce Cocchi di Torino vermouth
¼ ounce Benedictine
1 dash Bitter Truth Jerry Thomas’ Own Decanter Bitters
1 dash Regan’s Orange Bitters
Garnish: Lemon peel, skewered cherry

In a mixing glass, combine all ingredients except garnish and fill with ice. Stir continuously for about 20 seconds, then strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube. Garnish with lemon peel and cherry.
