Hailey Knight, bar manager at Félix in Charleston, shares her refreshing take on a fruit-forward mojito with this frozen blackberry mojito. Utilizing frozen blackberries (both store-bought or fresh-to-frozen will work) rather than ice, this blackberry mojito has long-lasting flavor that is built to withstand the heat. This blackberry mojito is highly versatile and can be made with a number of spirits including rum, vodka, and tequila. Serve with a sprig of mint in a cold, tall glass.
