The Ruby Slipper is an exciting fusion of vodka with added sweetness. With hints of citrusy grapefruit and fragrant rosemary, this bright and bubbly cocktail is as enchanting as a ruby red slipper.

1½ ounces vodka
3 ounces club soda
½ ounce Rosemary Syrup (recipe follows)
2 ounces ruby red grapefruit juice
Garnish: Rosemary sprig

- Make the Rosemary Syrup: In a small saucepan, combine sugar and 1 cup water and bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Add rosemary, cover, and remove from heat. Let cool to room temperature, strain, and store in a lidded container for up to 3 weeks.
- Make the Ruby Slipper: Fill a highball with ice. Add vodka, and top with soda. Add Rosemary Syrup and grapefruit juice and stir. Rub rosemary sprig between your hands over the drink, then add as a garnish.
