The Ruby Slipper is an exciting fusion of vodka with added sweetness. With hints of citrusy grapefruit and fragrant rosemary, this bright and bubbly cocktail is as enchanting as a ruby red slipper.

3 ounces club soda
½ ounce Rosemary Syrup (recipe follows)
2 ounces ruby red grapefruit juice
Garnish: Rosemary sprig
* Makes about 1 cup
1 cup sugar
3 rosemary sprigs

- Make the Ruby Slipper: Fill a highball with ice. Add vodka, and top with soda. Add Rosemary Syrup and grapefruit juice and stir. Rub rosemary sprig between your hands over the drink, then add as a garnish.
