The Scream Queen expertly combines London dry gin with the herbal complexity of Becherovka and the bright citrus of dry curaçao, balanced by pineapple tepache and a touch of pomegranate juice. Enhanced with chai-maple syrup and a dash of Angostura bitters, it’s topped with a splash of club soda and garnished with an orange peel flag and spiced brandied cherry for a refreshing and aromatic experience.

Makes 1 cocktail

    ingredients
  • 1 ounce London dry gin of your choice
  • ½ ounce Becherovka
  • ½ ounce dry curaçao
  • ¼ ounce lime juice
  • ¼ ounce pineapple tepache or soda
  • ½ ounce Pomegranate juice
  • ½ ounce Chai-Maple Syrup (recipe follows)
  • 1 dash Angostura bitters
  • Splash club soda
  • Garnish:
  • Orange peel flag with spiced brandied cherry
steps
  1. In a cocktail tin, combine all ingredients except club soda; shake and strain over fresh ice into a collins glass. Top with club soda. Garnish with orange peel/cherry flag.
